World of Warcraft Item Upgrades

The upgrade of your items is a vital element of equipping your character. Upgrades increase the base damage as well as enchantments of items.

They also provide bonuses and enhancements. They can be purchased from the Blacksmith.

The upgrade button is available on any Best item upgrader. Each item recycled adds a level to the gauge of upgrade.

Weapon

When the weapon is upgraded it is granted an initial damage bonus and a scaling factor that can affect other stats. The weapon can also gain a number of upgrade components that provide additional features or effects as well as distinctive cosmetic effects. These upgrades can be added to weapons, armors, trinkets and gathering tools. They generally require that the item has an upgrade slot and that it meets certain requirements. The upgrade component can be removed from the weapon, armor, or trinket, but it will not be replaced. (Except for legendary equipment). Upgrade components can be found through the Black Lion Salvage Kit Ascended Salvage tool, or high-tier salvaging tool for an item.

A weapon can also be upgraded to include a Calibration attribute that boosts certain stats, for example Weakspot damage or Crit Rate. This is done through the Gear Workbench interaction menu. This can be done four times, based on weapon's level.

After the weapon has reached its maximum level of upgrade and is then reforged to add different bonuses and effects, or to improve specific stats. Several of these upgrades can be applied at once, and their effects differ based on the rarity of the weapon.

There are two Blacksmiths in the game who can perform these upgrades: Blacksmith Hewg in the Church of Elleh hub area and Smithing Master Iji in the Road to the Manor Site of Grace. Both upgrade materials are different: Smithing Stones to modify the damage weapon does and Somber Smithing Stones to modify the standard weapons.

Generally, it is recommended to upgrade weapon damage first, then armour defense, and then the other secondary stats that are required by your build. Particularly, it is common to see melee druids upgrading their weapon before any other gear, as this helps maximise DPS. This is especially applicable to enchantments, which can be extremely efficient in increasing the damage of a weapon and other stats.

Armor

Item Upgrades let players increase the stats base of certain pieces of armor, weapons, trinkets and gathering tools. They can also provide additional effects like increased damage or cosmetic enhancements. Item Upgrades are available by crafting, purchasing from NPC vendors, or in loot drops, or as rewards for quests.

The armor can be upgraded by visiting the Armorer NPC and spending appropriate currency. Most armor will upgrade to the next level after an upgrade. Most types of armor can be upgraded, however some items (such as the starter armour in Great Sky Island) cannot.

Most armor upgrades provide a small increase to an Item Upgrader Kit's defense base or strength. Certain upgrade components, however, can lead to significant increases in defense or strength. This is especially the case when upgrading epic items.

Some upgrades provide specific abilities that can be activated when wearing armor. These abilities can be very beneficial in combat. For example they can boost the speed of attack or block. Certain upgrades also have passive effects, such as reducing the amount of damage that is taken while wearing armor or adding a chance to dodge attacks.

Based on the type of armor, upgrading an item may require multiple attempts. For instance for instance, if a player wants to upgrade a Steelclash armor to Dragonscale the first attempt will result in a brand new piece of Dragonscale with an initial defense range of 59 and 67. The second attempt will result in a brand new Dragonscale armor with a base defense between 67-77 and it goes on.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild lets players upgrade their armor sets to level 4. To do this players must visit each of the four locations referred to as Great Fairy Fountains in the game. Each location has a fair with a great power that can upgrade a piece of armor for you.

Contrary to popular belief it isn't a necessity in The Division 2. Certain armors provide a significant increase in the ability to reduce damage from poison, curse, magic, or fire. There are many other ways to improve armor stats besides upgrading the armor, for instance using the engineer trait to increase armor Item upgrader kit penetration or the challenger trait to decrease the total weight.

Potion

A potion can be upgraded by putting it in a brewing stand to unlock new effects. The upgrade opens a new tier of potion effect, and can be repeated for more tiers of potency.

The potion also gains a custom color code that the player can pick via /give, and item upgrader Kit that alters the area-of-effect clouds and arrows produced by the potions. In Bedrock Edition the custom potion color is also applied to the particle effects of the potions.

The water bottle, the mundane, thick and awkward potions now have a brand new texture for brewing. In the Creative Inventory the potion healing and weakness are now available. The addition of lingering potions which can be brewed using Dragon breath or splash potions. Also added is a thick potion that has the status effect Mining Fatigue. Trinket

A trinket is an ornament that is small and inexpensive or piece of jewelry. It can be a necklace or ring. Or even a small banner that marks the yard of a boat. It could also refer to a gold-plated trinket on the mast of a ship.

This macabre trinket seems to be influencing the inhabitants of this maze, making them more common. At the moment the trinket makes all types of mimic Xx more prevalent and gives each floor the chance to contain an ebony-colored mimic. This trinket is priced at a moderate amount of energy to upgrade.

The magic of the enchanted scepter is believed to affect the dungeon itself, making it more likely to produce water and grass. This trinket, at its current level will cause X% of regular floors to be filled with water or grass. It does not affect enchantments, glyphs, cursed weapons or armor, or items that are generated to solve the dangers in rooms.

Although it appears to be the normal eye of a newt this mysterious item appears to affect your vision in ways beyond just reducing your field view. At the present time, this trinket can increase the total health of the drinkers of healing, waterskins, and wells of health by X%. It also grants eyesight on enemies within the Y tiles. This trinket cannot be combined with the Heightened Senses.

Skull Cavern is where you will find Trinkets after you've completed the Mastery Cave. You can find them after defeating Monsters and chests and crates. They can't be found in the Mines or Volcano Dungeon.

If you find a trinket that needs to be upgraded then place it in the Anvil to upgrade it. This will affect the trinket that is random and will either increase or strengthen its effects. You can reuse the trinket as often as you like however it will always have an effect that is new.

You can upgrade your Trinkets in the Alchemy Station by placing them into the Magical Catalyst. It will cost you 6 energy and increase the power of the trinket by only a tiny amount.
